Mixed use retail and office development located in Melbourne's in Cremorne suburb. The project comprised 2,100m2 over the Ground, First, Second and Third floors. Undertakings included functional area concept budget estimates, along with a detailed elemental and trade measure at construction stage. Involvement included management of scope and costs, updates through re-design stages.
