Mixed use retail and apartment development located in Melbourne's Kingsbury. The project comprised 1300m2 over the Ground, First & Second floors. Costimise undertakings included functional area budget estimates at concept stage, along with a detailed elemental and trade measure pre construction stage. Involvement included management of scope and costs, updates through town planning, consent and construction. We look forward to seeing some hammers swinging and updating our 2018 apartment / residential cost data & performance indicators.
