Engaged to provide a Budget Cost Estimate to secure project funding - through to detailed construction estimates. Working with landlords and leasing teams along with nominated design consultants to a strict timeframe. Work included the upgrade of a existing building to accommodate a change in use of a new 4000m2 entertainment precinct, including a fully licensed food & beverage premises, operated by Ardent Leisure. Overall, this was a commercial success and a great addition to the portfolio in QIC’s Eastland Shopping Centre.
