Completed as part of a the refurbishment to the Ground Floor Tenancy of the PWC tower, by Good Group Hospitality.
The project overall was staged construction and coordinated to allow existing tenants to undertake business as usual. Cost Management services included concept and detailed pre construction estimates. Fit-Out works completed by Edge Interiors comprised demolition of the existing fit-out, upgrades to base building service provisions with complete new Restaurant and Bar fit-out works. Having identified the key lease dates, the key factor was a value managed budget and construction programme to achieve early completion and handover
