Gabe Jansen now supports the group, providing a valuable addition to the Retail & Commercial delivery. Currently overseeing a retail tenancy project in Melbourne’s Docklands. Engaged to provide Project Management services for the delivery of a number of retail tenants as part of the recent Melbourne's Quarter & Docklands redevelopment and expansion project. The onsite works include managing the tenancy design and delivery process in accordance with lease deals and tenancy fit out guides along with coordination of construction workflow to achieve milestone dates.
