Our company head office is based in Melbourne with support from our Sydney and Auckland branches. We currently employ four staff, as well as an extensive advisory network supporting our operations. By the end of 2017, our company had established a portfolio of clients including retail, office, education, entertainment, warehousing and the residential sectors.

Cost Management
Advisory, Estimating & Quantity Surveying: Cost advice in its simplicity. We offer both pre & post Contract Financial control procedures, advisory services spanning from the Concept and Feasibility stages through to completion. We work in conjunction with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Building Owners and Clients involved in the property and construction industry. Our Cost Management team will also assist with building cost advice to the insurance industry, along with legal & litigation cases.

Development Advisory & Development Management: Strategic Consulting, Town Planning & Authority Reviews, Legal Value and Reviews, Development Reviews, Feasibility Reports, Boutique Capital Partnering, Working Capital, from Concept through to Completion…your designs and ideas will be brought to fruition by us. Project Delivery
Project & Construction Management: The Costimise management team will plan, oversee and document all aspects of your project. Our Project & Construction Managers work closely with clients and key Project Consultants to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, meets budgets and quality requirements. We understand the importance of clear stakeholder communication and trust.
